I grew up loving arts and crafts. I have been crafting my whole life. I love to bake, cook, sew, craft, crochet, scrapbook, and design party decor. In 2015 I started this blog to share my crafts and crochet designs with others.
So where did the name come from? Kippy was a nickname I went by at my old job, before I resigned to become a full time domestic engineer. Haute is a word for fancy, and when you put them together, it just sounds fun and quirky and, well that's me in a nutshell!
